How do I join a live?
Open the live's link or enter its code from the home page. If it hasn't started yet, we'll notify you as soon as the host goes live.
Is paying secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Mercado Pago; Lumiari never sees your card details.
Where do I see my orders?
In your account, under Orders, you'll find all your purchases and their status.
How do I follow a store?
From the store's profile tap Follow. We'll let you know when it goes live or has news.
